The breeding ground for the latter turned out to be the Royal Zenit Hotel, hidden from prying eyes in the elite park of Moscow – Serebryany Bor. To the representative of the building owner who arrived at the hotel to check the terms of the lease agreement, the hotel owner Yuri Volikov I ordered “roast with pine cones.” The businessman instructed the personal guard from the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki Department of Internal Affairs to meet the visitor. Volikov’s guards arrived at the scene and handcuffed the owner, after which he generously treated him to pine cones until he lost consciousness. Having come to his senses, the victim discovered that his face was one continuous bloody bruise, in addition, his nose was broken and his teeth were knocked out.

Based on the fact of the “big performance” at the Royal Zenit Hotel, the Investigative Committee of the North-West Administrative District opened a criminal case under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) “Excess of official powers” ​​in relation to employees of the Department of Internal Affairs Khoroshevo-Mnevniki Vasilenko and Fomina. The latter, as it turned out, is also a defendant in a criminal case on illegal weapons trafficking. Why the hotelier’s guardsman needs a “left” gun is an open question, since it is unknown what other orders Volikov carries out. And why this is unknown – more on that later.

To prevent Fomin from revealing all the secrets of the hospitality industry to the investigation, the hotelier rushed to rescue him. And he succeeded. The algorithm is simple but effective.
